About this event:
Orla Walsh, award-winning short filmmaker of films such as The Visit and Blessed Fruit (recently screened in the Irish Film Institute), screenwriter and short film programmer at Disappear Here Film Festival in Donegal, will present a workshop on the art, the challenges and opportunities presented by the short film. As well as the creative aspects of short filmmaking there will be a focus on the production and distribution challenges and how they can be overcome.
