She can be anything

She can be anything is a cross community and cross border women’s development project, seeking to foster connectivity between women along the border area, creating opportunities for friendship through a creative skills based programme of activities.  The programme focuses on women’s empowerment and supports women to be confident in their creative expression.

Two programmes will focus on image-making and expression and we are delighted that the filmmaker Róisín Loughrey, creative writing Tutor Monica Corish and artist facilitator Rachel Webb are supporting the projects

Yr 1. Everyday Heroines – Portraits of Ourselves. Commences Wednesday 7th Feb 2018, 7.30-9.30pm and runs for 8 consecutive Wednesdays in The Glens Centre.
