Box office is open for advance bookings from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.00pm - 8.30pm on the evening of a performance.
Payment may be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Laser).
In Person
The Box office is located in main reception of the Glens on the New Line Road. Payment may be made by cash, cheque (payable to The Glens Centre) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Laser).
Due to our new booking system tickets must be paid for at the time of booking – we can no longer offer reservations with payment on the night.

Concessions
Concession prices are available to students, senior citizens, unwaged and under 18’s. Groups of 5 or more are eligible for discounts for some shows.
Ticket Collection
Telephone bookings will be held at the box office to be collected.
- Tickets must be paid for at time of booking. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, laser or cheque ( made payable to The Glens Centre)
- Customers are requested to pick up their tickets at the box office at least 30 mins before the show.
- Tickets can only be refunded if you inform the box office by 5.30pm on the day before the show.
- Please note that events are subject to change.
All performances start at 8.30pm unless otherwise stated. Shows start on time and latecomers will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance, which in some cases may be the interval.
Special Requirements
Customers with special requirements, such as wheelchair users, are requested to inform the box office staff at time of booking in order to be accommodated.
For safety reasons, buggies are not permitted in the theatre.
Theatre Bar
The theatre bar is open from 8pm on evenings of performances.
